Order

UPON the parties agreeing that the Claimant’s application is now academic with the relief sought by the Claimant having been granted

AND UPON the parties agreeing the following terms

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED:

  1. The Claimant has leave to withdraw his claim for judicial review, including his interim relief application.
  2. The Defendant to pay the reasonable costs of the Claimant’s claim dated 6 August 2026 upon service of a certified informal or formal Bill of Costs, to be assessed, if not agreed.
  3. There shall in any event be a detailed assessment of the Claimant’s legal aid costs.
  4. From the date of this Order, publication or communication of any information likely to lead to the identification of the Claimant in these proceedings to any person other than the Defendant is prohibited.
  5. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C a person who is not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of a statement of case, judgment or order from the court records only if the statement of case, judgment or order has been anonymised such that (a) the Claimant is referred to in those documents only as EYN (b) any identifying reference to the Claimant has been deleted from those documents.
