  1. The Claimant be granted anonymity pursuant to r.39.2(4) and be referred to only as “FRI”. Nothing may be published which might lead to his identification.
  2. Liberty to apply to vary or discharge paras 3 and/or 4 of this Order on 2 hours’ written notice to the other party and the Court.
  3. By no later than 4pm on Tuesday 13 January 2026, the Respondent shall file and serve its response to the application for interim relief (document to be CE-filed and sent to the judge’s clerk on Moshida.khalifah@justice.gov.uk).
  4. The application for interim relief to be heard by Jay J on Wednesday 14 January 2026, starting at 10am.
