UPON reading the papers filed by the parties
It is hereby ORDERED:
- The Claimant shall be anonymised in this claim as “FRY” pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and/or the general case management powers in CPR 3.1(2). The Claimant and his immediate family members shall have anonymity until further order. No report or publication of these proceedings shall directly or indirectly identify the Claimant and/or his immediate family members.
- Pursuant to CPR r.5.4C, a person not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of the statement of case, judgment or order of the court records, only if the statement of case, judgment or order from the court has been anonymised.
- Failure to comply with this direction could lead to contempt of Court proceedings.
- Pursuant to CPR 39.2(5), a copy of this order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales (which may be found at www.judiciary.uk).
- The parties and anyone else affected by this order shall have liberty to apply to vary the terms of this order on giving at least 48 hours’ written notice.
- Costs in the case.
