UPON the Claimant lodging his application for judicial review;
AND UPON the Defendant agreeing to transfer the Claimant frim the Suites Hotel to alternative accommodation outside the Knowsley area at Flat 3, 60-62 James Street, PR1 4JX by 4 July 2023;
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The application for permission for Judicial Review shall be withdrawn;
  2. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s reasonable costs of this judicial review claim on a standard basis, to be assessed if not agreed;
  3. There shall be a detailed assessment of the Claimant’s publicly funded costs.
  4. Pursuant to CPR r 44.2(8), the Defendant shall make a payment on account of those costs within 28 days of being served with a schedule of costs in the sum of 60% of the schedule.
