On an application by the Claimant for anonymity

Following consideration of the documents lodged by the Claimant and taking into  consideration  the  Claimant’s  right  to  respect  for  private  life  and considering on the papers currently before the court that open justice is outweighed to the extent that anonymity should be granted

ORDER by the Honourable Mrs Justice Farbey

  1. The Claimant shall be referred to as “GCR” in these proceedings, and the matter shall be listed and known as “R on the application of GCR v Secretary of State for the Home Department”.
  2. The publication of the Claimant’s name, address, photograph and any other information likely to identify the Claimant is prohibited.
  3. Liberty to any party affected by this Order to apply for its variation or discharge on one day’s notice to the parties.
  4. Costs reserved
