Order

UPON the Order of Mrs Justice McGowan dated 28 February 2024, which appointed four lead claims, specifically TG, MN, HAA, and MJ v Secretary of State for the Home Department (AC-2023-LON-003447, AC-2024-LON-000210, AC-2024-LON-000224, AC-2024-LON-000189) (together, “the Lead Claims”);

AND UPON the Claimant having lodged the above application for permission to apply for judicial review and an urgent application for interim relief on 27 March 2024;

AND UPON the Order of Mr Justice Jay, dated 28 March 2024, and an interim relief hearing being listed for 18 April 2024;

AND UPON the Defendant making a decision on 17 April 2024 to transfer the Claimant from Wethersfield to alternative single room asylum support accommodation;

AND UPON the Claimant agreeing to withdraw his application for interim relief;

BY CONSENT it is ordered that:

  1. The interim relief hearing listed for 18 April 2024 is vacated.
  2. The claim is stayed until 21 days after the final determination of the Lead Claimsor further order.
  3. Costs reserved.
