UPON the Claimant’s application for anonymity order pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4),

AND UPON reading the Claimant’s N463 Application for Urgent Consideration, detailed Statement of Facts and Grounds and evidence in support,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:-

  1. The Defendant shall file and serve her Acknowledgment of Service, Summary Grounds of Resistance, and a response to the application for interim relief, by no later than 4pm on 10 April 2024.
  2. The Claimant shall, if so advised, file a a Reply and any further evidence, if so advised, by no later than 4pm on 15 April 2024
  3. The Claimant’s application for interim relief shall be listed for an inter partes hearing on the first available date from 16 April 2024 onwards.
  4. Pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4), anonymity is granted in the terms of the Schedule appended to this draft order.
  5. Liberty to the parties to apply to set aside or vary this Order on 24 hours’ notice in writing.
  6. Costs reserved.
