Order

UPON the Claimant’s filing forms N463, N461 and accompanying documents on 19 January 2024,

AND UPON the Defendant notifying the Claimants on 24 January 2024 of his decision to issue visas to the Claimants under the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy and Appendix ARAP of the Immigration Rules

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The above-numbered claim for judicial review is withdrawn.

2. The Claimant be anonymised so that the initials “H10” are substituted for the name of Claimant for all purposes in these proceedings.

3. Pursuant to section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981, nothing may be published which may directly or indirectly lead to the identification of the Claimant or any member of his family, or to their location becoming known.

4. The Court file be sealed. No document from the Court file may be disclosed to any third party without permission of the Court.

5. The parties shall file submissions as to the appropriate order for costs in accordance with the timetable in paragraphs 11 to 15 of the ACO Costs Guidance dated April 2016.

The parties consent to an Order in the above terms.
