AND UPON consideration of the duty to protect or have regard to a right to freedom of expression which may be affected by this Order, pursuant to CPR 39.2(2).
AND UPON the Court concluding that part of the hearing, specifically that part in which the reasonableness of the settlement on which approval is sought will be determined, must be held in private; the Court being satisfied that it is necessary to sit in private to secure the proper administration of justice pursuant to CPR 39.2(3) (a), (c), (d) and (g).
IT IS ORDERED:-
