Reasons

The subject matter of this claim demands an urgent response. The claimant’s solicitors sent a letter before claim on 13 April 2022. There has been no substantive response. The directions sought properly allow a reasonable time for the defendant to respond. It is appropriate for the application for interim relief to be considered on the papers.
