Order
On an application by the Claimant for expedition
Following consideration of the documents lodged by the Claimant
ORDER by the Honourable Mr Justice Jay
- Pursuant to CPR r. 39.2, the Claimant and the Interested Parties must be referred to only as anonymised above. Nothing may be published which may lead to their identification.
- The Defendant’s time for filing and serving an AoS and SGD shall be 21 days (as under the CPR).
- The permission application to be determined as soon as possible thereafter
Reasons
Given the complexity of this case, it is unrealistic to expect the Defendant to file and serve an AoS and SGD sooner than the 21 days set out in the rules. However, I am prepared to order that the application for permission should
be expedited. The judge determining that application will, if so advised, consider the timetable thereafter.
