1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2 and/or pursuant to the inherent jurisdiction of the Court, the claimant is to be referred to in these proceedings as “HS”. No report of these proceedings may include the claimant’s name, address or any other information likely to identify him.
2. Time for filing and service of the Acknowledgement of Service is abridged to 4pm on 15 June 2022.
3. The papers are to be referred to a High Court Judge or Deputy High Court Judge as soon as possible thereafter for consideration of whether to (i) grant permission, (ii) grant interim relief and (iii) order transfer to the Upper Tribunal.

This is an age assessment claim. It is important that it be determined quickly. The directions provide enough time for the defendant to respond.
