In relation to case K00PE220 on 18th December 2024, at The County Court at Peterborough, Peterborough Combined Court Centre, Rivergate, Peterborough PE1 1EJ I, District Judge Falvey sentenced Jaqueline Reilly to an immediate custodial sentence of eighteen months for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that Ms Reilly, who has previous served sentences of imprisonment for similar breaches, on or shortly after her release from the most recent sentence returned to the Claimant’s premises at Bretton, Peterborough, and took up residence in the common parts of the building, in breach of an injunction prohibiting her from doing so.’
