The basis of that sentence was that the Defendant had breached the Injunction that was made final on the 2nd August 2021 and amended on the 31st August 2021 on 9 breaches, 6 of which were admitted by engaging in, or threatening to engage in, conduct capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to any person who resides in, visits or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of Willowfold, Worsley Road, Eccles Manchester M30 8BL and by being inside an exclusion zone.
