1. Pursuant to CPA Rule 39.2(4) there shall not be disclosed In any report of the proceeding the name or address of the Claimant or of the Claimant’s mother or any details leading to the identification of the Claimant and his mother. If referred to the Claimant and his mother shall only be referred to as JXA and VLA
2. Pursuant to CPR Rule 5.4C a person who Is not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of a statement of case, judgment or order form the court (only if the statement of case, Judgment or order has been anonymised) such that:-
(a) The Claimant and his mother are referred in those documents only as JXA and VLA
b) The address of the Claimant and his mother has been deleted from those documents
3. There be permission to apply to set aside this Order on 7 days’ notice to the Claimant’s solicitors.
