  1. It is ordered pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) that the identify of the Claimant is not disclosed and that he is known as K on the ground that the Claimant is a putative unaccompanied young person with a pending asylum claim and that his Article 8 rights outweigh any Article 10 rights.
  2. The application for the Defendant to file a Reply is granted.
  3. The application for permission to apply for judicial review is granted.
  4. The claim is transferred to the Upper Tribunal (Asylum and Immigration).
