UPON the first costs and case management conference heard over 16-17 March 2026 (“CCMC”) in these proceedings

AND UPON the application of the Second Defendant dated 12 March 2026 that the CCMC be heard at least partly in private pursuant to CPR 39.2(3)(a) and/or (c) and/or (g)

AND UPON the Crown Prosecution Service (“CPS”) being represented at the CCMC

AND UPON hearing leading counsel for the Claimants, and leading counsel for each of the Defendants

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The CCMC shall be heard in private so far as necessary.
  2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 above, the CPS has permission to attend the CCMC in full.
  3. A copy of this Order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales (which may be found at www.judiciary.uk). Any person who is not a party to these proceedings may apply to set aside or vary this Order.
  4. Costs in the case.
