UPON the Appellant’s application for the continuation of the Order of 19th March 2021;
And upon there being no representations filed by any media organisation or anyone else as to why the Order should not remain in force
And upon it appearing that the reasons given in the order made on 10 September 2019 continue to justify the order that was made
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- The order made on 10 September 2019 (by which it was provided that no person shall publish or cause to have published anything which might identify the Appellant as an appellant to the Commission with liberty to all parties and to any media organisation to apply) shall continue in force.
