UPON consideration of the Claimants’ N461 and the pre action correspondence;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimants shall be referred to in these proceedings as LMD, KMD and RMD respectively and pursuant to CPR 39.2 there shall be no publication of the name or address of the Claimants or any particulars of the case likely to lead to the identification of the Claimants without the leave of the court.

AND UPON the Defendant having agreed to provide a pre action response by 9 February 2024;

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

2. The Claimants have permission to file and serve a substituted statement of facts and grounds of judicial review (and supporting evidence and documents) by 4.30pm on 1 March 2024.

3. The Defendant shall file and serve their Acknowledgement of Service and Summary Grounds of Defence by 4.30pm on 29 March 2024.

4. Thereafter consideration will be given to permission on the papers.

5. Costs in the case.
