Upon having heard from counsel for the Claimant, Victoria Shehadeh, and having heard from counsel for the Defendant, Jessica Bass in the matter of an appeal against the imposition of an interim order pursuant to Article 31(12)(a) Health and Care Professions Order 2001
IT IS ORDERED that:
- Pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) the names of the Claimant and her children shall be anonymised. The Claimant has been referred to as LMN in this claim. The identity of the Claimant and her children or any matters capable of identifying them, relating to this claim, shall not be published.
- Pursuant to CPR 5.4D(2) the Court will give the parties 7 days’ notice to make submissions before any application under CPR 5.4C(2) for permission by a non-party to obtain a document pertaining to this application other than the claim form, the judgment or Order is considered.
