Upon consideration of the Order of 24 July 2020 (“the July Order”)
And upon reading an email from the Claimant’s solicitors copied to the Defendant’s solicitor dated 17 September 2020 and emails between those solicitors dated 11 September 2020
IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
1. The Claimant shall be known as “MB” as set out in the Title to this Order.
2. Paragraph 7.a.i of the July Order shall be amended to substitute Professor Seena Fazel as the Claimant’s expert in psychiatry whose evidence the Claimant may rely upon whose report must be served by 26 February 2021.
3. Paragraph 23 of the July Order shall be amended so as to substitute that costs are reserved.
4. Costs reserved.
