- Pursuant to CPR r.39.2, the identity of the Claimant and the Interested Party shall not be directly or indirectly disclosed and they shall be referred to in these proceedings respectively as ME and RC.

Reasons
In view of the timescale of the Defendant’s decision to expedite the Claimant’s request for housing, the issuing of the claim, and the date of dispersal it is difficult to say whether there was any causal link between the proceedings and the dispersal, and the appropriate order is no order for costs.
