In relation to F00MA093 on the 25th November 2020, at the County Court at Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ,sitting at the Magistrates’ Courts 4, before District Judge Colvin, who sentenced John Shockledge to an immediate custodial sentence of 124 days, to run consecutively. The basis of that sentence was that the Respondent has breached an Injunction dated the 11th February 2019 by entering an exclusion zone.
