UPON the Claimant having issued this claim for judicial review in the Administrative Court, challenging the age assessment conducted by the Defendant on 30 October 2025 as being wrong as a question of fact

AND UPON the Claimant having been granted refugee status and leave to remain on 3 February 2026 and no longer wishing to pursue his judicial review against the age assessment of the Defendant

AND UPON the Claimant having applied for an anonymity direction and in all the circumstances, it being appropriate for his claim to be anonymised, including as he has been accepted as a refugee  

BY CONSENT IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

  1. The Claimant’s identity is to be withheld and his name not disclosed in this order.
  2. The Claimant has leave to withdraw his claim for judicial review.
  3. There be no order as to costs save for the detailed assessment of the Claimant’s publicly funded costs in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (Costs) Regulations 2013.
