ORDER

Before Ms Susie Alegre sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court sitting in Royal Courts of Justice on 31 January 2022 at a hearing conducted remotely by MS Teams

UPON HEARING Lizanne Gumbel one of Her Majesty’s Counsel, on behalf of the Claimant and Giles Colin on behalf of the Defendant

IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
1. Pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4) there shall not be disclosed in any report of the proceedings the name or address of the Claimant or of the Claimant’s father or any details leading to the identification of the Claimant and her father. If referred to the Claimant and her father shall only be referred to as MXA and AXA.
2. Pursuant to CPR Rule 5.4C a person who is not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of a statement of case, judgment or order form the court (only if the statement of case, judgment or order has been anonymised) such that:-
(a) The Claimant and his father are referred in those documents only as MXA and AXA;
(b) The address of the Claimant and her father has been deleted from those documents.
3. There be permission to apply to set aside this Order on 7 days’ notice to the Claimant’s Solicitors.
