AND UPON the court noting that the Claimant has brought claims for misuse of private information and for breaches of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights

AND UPON the court noting that the claim involves the Claimant’s minor children and the related family court proceedings

AND UPON the court determining that non-disclosure of the identity of the Claimant and those of her children and their father is necessary to secure the proper administration of justice and in order to protect the interests of the Claimant and the minors involved pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and further pursuant to CPR 5.4C and 5.4D

AND UPON the Defendant not opposing the application

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Solicitor for the Defendant

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2(5), this order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales.
  2. The Claimant shall hereafter be described as ‘MZK’.
  3. The Claimant’s children shall be described as ‘ZMK’ and ‘IMK’.
  4. The Claimant’s children’s father shall be described as ‘MZAK’
  5. The real identities of the Claimant, her children and the children’s father, whether by name, address or other identifying details, must not be disclosed to any non-party without further order of the court.
  6. A person who is not a party to the proceedings may not obtain a copy of a statement of case, judgment or order or other document from the court records, without permission of the Court.
  7. Any interested party shall have permission to apply in relation to this order.
