UPON a Disclosure Order under Section 357 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“Disclosure Order”) having been made by Mrs Justice Ellenbogen on 12th August 2025 without notice to the Respondent

AND UPON hearing on 7th August 2026 the Respondent’s amended application dated 29th July 2026 to discharge that Disclosure Order and the Disclosure Notices issued thereunder (“the Discharge Application”) and for interim relief

AND UPON announcing the terms of this Order in open court on 7th August 2026

PENDING FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT

  1. The identity of the Respondent shall be anonymised pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) until further order of this Court or of the Court of Appeal upon determination of the Respondent’s appeal in National Crime Agency v GKC (No.2) [2026] EWHC 929 (Admin)/Appeal No: CA-2026-001313.
  2. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4)-(6) and paragraphs 9.1-9.3 of the Civil Recovery Practice Direction, the documents on the court file shall remain confidential.
  3. This case shall be notified outside the door of the Court and in all versions of the Cause List only as “NCA v GKC (No.4)”.
