consent order sealed by the Administrative Court on 5 September 2023.
BY CONSENT, it is ordered that:-

  1. The Defendant will pay the Claimant’s reasonable costs of the judicial review application, to be assessed if not agreed.
  2. There be a detailed assessment of the Claimant’s publicly funded costs in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 and CPR 47.18.
