IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Claimant’s father is appointed to act as the Claimant’s litigation friend.
  2. Pursuant to CPR r.39.2(4), the Claimant’s name shall not be disclosed, and he shall be referred to as “OB” throughout proceedings.
  3. The Claimant’s father’s name shall not be disclosed and he shall be referred to as ‘CJB’ throughout proceedings.
