UPON THE APPLICATION of the Claimants by Claim Form dated 12th June 2019 for (inter alia) Orders pursuant to Rules 5.4C(4), (6), 5.4D(2) and 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (“the Reporting Restrictions”)

AND UPON HEARING Counsel for the Claimants (Susannah Meadway) Leading Counsel for the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 16th Defendants (Francis Barlow QC) and Counsel for the 6th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th Defendants (Georgia Bedworth)

AND the Court (i) sitting in private for the purpose of the application for the Reporting Restrictions but (ii) sitting in public to give judgment on such application and for the purpose of the  other relief sought in the Claim Form

AND the Court being referred to and considering MN v OP [2019] EWCA Civ 679

AND the Court being satisfied that it is appropriate to make the following Order in relation to (a) the following documents relating to the proceedings (“the Court documents”) namely the Claim Form, Application Notice dated 19th September 2019, all witness statements and all exhibits thereto, all acknowledgments of service, all communications between the Court and any of the parties, the skeleton arguments, the bundle for the hearing and any other documents which are or may become contained in the Court file other than and except for this Order and the judgment leading to it and (b) the obtaining of any transcript of the hearing.

IT IS ORDERED that in exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by Rules 5.4C(4), (6), 5.4D(2) and 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and in exercise of any other relevant powers

(1) No person who is not a party to the proceedings may obtain copies of any of the Court documents or obtain any transcript of the hearing without first applying to a Master or Judge of the Court for permission to obtain the same and giving not less than 7 days’ notice of such application to each of the parties to these proceedings by writing to their solicitors Hunters Law LLP, 9 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn, London WC2A 3QN

(2) There be no publication of the names of any of the parties to the proceedings nor any reference to the address of any of the parties or to any other matter which would allow any of the parties to be identified

(3) This Order be served by the Claimants on the Defendants

Service of the Order 

The Court has provided a sealed copy of this Order to the solicitors for the Claimants (Hunters Law LLP, 9 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn, London WC2A 3QN) for service upon the Defendants.
