Order

AND UPON the application of the Claimant by application notice dated 3 December 2025

AND UPON hearing Andrew Spink KC for the Claimant and the Defendants confirming, through counsel, that they did not oppose the Claimant’s application

AND UPON the court being satisfied (i) that the hearing involves confidential information and publicity would damage that confidentiality and (ii) when discussing such confidential information it is necessary to sit in private to secure the proper administration of justice

IT IS ORDERED that:

  1. Where necessary to preserve confidentiality and/or any party’s legal professional privilege, and/or any without prejudice privilege in documents being considered by the Court, and/or confidential details set out in Appendices 1, 2, 5 and 6 of Schedule 7 to the Tomlin Order, the hearing of the Claimant’s application for approval of a compromise and other relief dated 20 March 2025 shall take place in private. 
  2. There be no order as to costs.
  3. This Order shall be served by the Claimant on the Defendants.
