  1. Within three working days of service of this order on the defendant, the defendant shall file and serve a response to the application for interim relief.
  2. Within five working days of the defendant filing their response, the question of interim relief shall be considered by a judge on the papers.
  3. Pursuant to s.11 Contempt of Court Act 1981and CPR Rule 39.2(4), the Claimant is granted an Order protecting her anonymity and prohibiting publication of any details which might lead to her identification or the identification of her location. Her claim shall continue to be known and listed only as R (AB) v LB of Croydon.
  4. Liberty to apply.
