UPON reading the application of the Claimant to amend his Grounds
IT IS ORDERED THAT :-
- The Claimant do have leave to amend his grounds for judicial review;
- The time for filing and serving the Acknowledgement of Service is hereby
extended. - The Defendant do serve her Acknowledgement of Service within 21 days
of service of this Order. - Pursuant to CPR 39.2, the Claimant be granted anonymity, in the following
terms:
a. That there shall not be disclosed in any report of the proceedings the name or address of the Claimant or any details leading to his identification or the identification of his family. There be substituted for all purposes in these proceedings, in place of references to the Claimant by name, and whether orally or in writing, references to the letters “KAO”.
b. A person not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of the statement of case, judgment, or order of the court records, only if those documents have been anonymised, such that the Claimant is only referred to by the letters “KAO”. - Costs reserved.
