NOTE: Reporting restrictions under s.45 Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 were in force in relation to all three defendants until disposal of appeals against conviction by Bevan and Pestridge. Leave to appeal was refused by the Single Judge and there was no renewal to the Full Court. Accordingly reporting restrictions were lifted on 5 January 2023.
