On applications by the Claimants and the defendant
Following consideration of the documents

ORDER by Mr C M G Ockelton, Vice President of the Upper Tribunal, sitting as a judge of the High Court

1. The Second to Eighth Claimants be anonymised as:
(2)- (4) AA & CA & DA (by their litigation friend AA)
(5)- (6) BB & LL (by their litigation Friend BB)
(7)- (8) CC & XO (by their litigation friend CC)
2. Time for the Defendant’s Acknowledgment of Service and Summary Grounds of Defence is extended so as to expire on 15 July 2022.

Reasons

1. The order is appropriate for the reasons given by the Claimants’ solicitor. It will be kept under review.
2. I note the Claimants’ views about the length of the extension, but the Court will be greatly assisted by a full Acknowledgment of Service and as it happens the Defendant’s application, made on 23 June, was assigned to a judge for decision only now.
