IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The proceedings shall be anonymised as follows:
1.1. The Claimant and the dependent children shall hereafter be referred to in any Court Order or Statement of Case in, and in any report of, these proceedings by the following terms:
i) The Claimant: RAB
ii) The Deceased: JAB
iii) Jack (grandson of the Deceased): JB
iv) Alisha (granddaughter of the Deceased): AB
v) Rhys (grandson of the Deceased): RB
vi) Lexi (granddaughter of the Deceased): LB
1.2. Pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4) there shall not be disclosed in any report of the proceedings the name or address of the Claimant or of the Deceased or any of the children or any details which might lead to the identification of the Claimant or of the Deceased or of any of the children.
1.3. For the avoidance of doubt, in any report of these proceedings, the terms referred to in Paragraph 1.1 above must be used.
1.4. Pursuant to CPR Rule 5.4C a person who is not a party to the proceedings can obtain a copy of a Statement of Case, Judgment or Order from the Court records only if the Statement of Case, Judgment or Order has been anonymised so that:
i) The Claimant, the Deceased and the children are referred to only by using the terms set out at 1.1 above; and
ii) The addresses of the Claimant and of the children have been redacted from those documents.
2. The provisions of this Order shall not apply:
i) To communications between the Court Funds Office and the anonymised parties and their legal representatives in relation to the payment of money into the Court Funds Office for the benefit of the anonymised parties and/or regarding the investment or treatment or payment out of such monies;
ii) To communications between the Court Funds Office and/or the anonymised parties or their legal representatives and any financial institution concerned as to the receipt or investment of such monies; or
iii) To records kept by the Court Funds Office or the anonymised parties or their legal representatives or any financial institutions in relation to such monies.
