Consent order
UPON the Defendant agreeing to move the Claimants to self-contained accommodation at 10 Rhodfa Maes Hir, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 4JF pursuant to Section 95 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 on 21 July 2025;
BY CONSENT, it is ordered that:-
- The Claimants are granted anonymity and referred to as ‘RE and others’ pursuant to r39.2(4) CPR.
- The Claimants do have leave to withdraw the above-numbered claim for judicial review.
- The Defendant do pay the Claimants’ reasonable costs, to be assessed if not agreed.
- There be a detailed assessment of the Claimants’ publicly funded costs in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (Costs) Regulations 2013
