Consent order
UPON the Defendant having set out in a decision letter to the Claimant dated 20 May 2025 that the Claimant is eligible for relocation to the United Kingdom, provided they meet suitability conditions set out in that letter.
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
- The Claimant shall be anonymized in this claim as “RKT” pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and/or the general case management powers in CPR3.1(2). No report or publication of these proceedings shall directly or indirectly identify the Claimant.
- Those parts of the witness evidence of the Claimant that are identificatory of third parties shall be confidential between the parties and anonymised pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4)(d), 32.13(2), 31.22(2) and/or the general case management powers in CPR 3.1(2).
- The Claimant’s application for closure of the Court file pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4) is granted pending further order. Failure to comply with this direction may lead to contempt of Court proceedings.
- The Claimant has permission to withdraw this judicial review application.
- The Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s reasonable costs on the standard basis, to be assessed if not agreed.
- There shall be a detailed assessment of the Claimant’s publicly funded costs in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (Costs) Regulations 2013.
