On the Court’s own motion;
Following consideration of the documents lodged by the parties;

Order by the Honourable Mrs Justice Lang DBE

1. Pursuant to CPR r.39.2, in any report of these proceedings, there shall be no publication of the name and address of the Interested Parties, nor any other particulars likely to lead to their identification. In the proceedings, the Interested Parties shall be anonymised and referred to as “N1”, “N2” and “N3”.
2. Costs in the case.

Reasons

This order has been made because there is no record of an order granting anonymity to the Interested Parties. The anonymity order for the Claimant made by Thornton J. (sealed on 3 December 2021), did not mention the Interested Parties. The paper permission order, made by Lane J. on 13 December 2021, anonymised the Interested Parties as N1, N2 and N3 in the title of the claim, but did not make an anonymity order. No order has been made since then. The order is, in my view, required in order to protect the anonymity of the Claimant, as well as the Interested Parties.
