UPON the Order made by Mr Justice Morris dated 14 August 2020 in judicial review proceedings with Claim No. CO/1549/2020 (“the Order”), which included an order for anonymity in paragraph 2 (“the Anonymity Order”)

AND UPON the claimants’ application dated 29 May 2024 made in the proceedings in the County Court in Brighton numbered HO5YY282 between the Claimants and others and the Defendant seeking an order that the Anonymity Order cease to have effect or be set aside (“the Application”)

AND UPON the claimants appealing against an order made in the County Court in Brighton made on 16 December 2024 and the appeal being numbered KA-2025-00010 and being listed before Mrs Justice Tipples DBE on 17 March 2026

AND UPON the claimants renewing the Application orally before Mrs Justice Tipples DBE

AND UPON the defendant having no objection to the Application

AND UPON hearing leading counsel for the Claimants (Mr Nicholas Bowen KC) and counsel for the defendant (Mr Ronnie Dennis)

IT IS ORDERED THAT the Anonymity Order be varied so that it ceased to have effect at 11:00am on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
