UPON the court determining that it was necessary Claimant’s application for the hearing to be conducted in private
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant/Respondent and for the Defendant/ Appellant
AND UPON the Court being satisfied pursuant to CPR 39.2( 3)(g ) that it is by reason of the exigencies of the Covid-19 pandemic necessary to use a remote hearing process to secure the proper administration of justice, and that it was not reasonably possible in the circumstances prevailing to relay the remote hearing in open court
IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The hearing on 24 March 2020 concerning the disposition of costs be in private.
2. Pursuant to CPR Rule 39. 2(5) this order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales .
3. Any non-party affected by this Order may apply on notice to all parties to have this Order varied or set aside.
