UPON the Court directing that there be a remote hearing in accordance with the Remote Hearings Protocol as a result of the current pandemic, and UPON it appearing to the Court that it was not practicable for the hearing to be broadcast in a court building
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Appellant and for the Respondents
AND UPON the Court being satisfied pursuant to Practice Direction 51 Y that it was necessary that the hearing should take place in private to secure the proper administration of justice
IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The hearings of the appeal on 24 and 25 March 2020 be in private.

( The Court sat on 24th March 2020 from 14.50 to 16.15 and on 25th March 2020 from 10.15 to 16.10)

Within 7 days of the fees office reopening to the public you will pay the proper fee for the application or complete the relevant ·’help with fees” application.
