AND AFTER CONSIDERATION of the Order for Anonymity Order of HHJ Khan dated 30th June 2025 and the court determining that the grant of anonymity should be continued in these appeal proceedings. d

IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- The identity of the Complainant, who is named in these proceedings but is not a party, is confidential and shall not be published.
- Pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4), there shall not be disclosed in any report of these proceedings or other publication the name or address of the Complainant or friends other immediate family members, or any details (including other names addresses, or a specific combination of facts) that could lead to her identification. The Complainant shall be referred to as set out at paragraph 3 of this Order.
- In the judgment of these proceedings or any other publication by whatever medium in relation thereto:
(a) The Complainant shall be referred to as RSL;
(b) Any other details which on their own or together with any other information publicly available, may lead to the identity of RSL (including any names of friends or family members) shall be redacted before publication. - Pursuant to CPR r5.4C(4), it is ordered that a non-party to this claim may not obtain any document relating to the case, other than a copy of the approved judgment as handed down, without first obtaining the permission of the court. In accordance with CPR r5.4C(6), any application for such permission shall be made under Part 23 and shall be made on notice to the parties to the claim.
- The Court file shall be clearly marked with the words “an anonymity order was made in this case on 19 May 2026 and any application by a non-party to inspect or obtain a copy document from this file must be dealt with in accordance with the terms of that Order”.
- Any non-party affected by this anonymity order may on 7 days’ notice to the parties apply to set it aside or vary it.
- No order as to costs.
- Pursuant to CPR 39.2(5) and the Practice Guidance: Publication of Privacy and Anonymity Orders dated 16 April 2019 a redacted copy of this order shall be published on the Judicial Website of the High Court of Justice (www.judiciary.uk). For that purpose, a court officer will send the redacted copy of this order (provided by the parties) by email to judicialwebupdates@ejudiciary.uk.
