Consent order
UPON the Applicant and Respondent having agreed to the terms set out in this Order.
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- The Interim Order be extended to 4pm on 26 May 2027.
- Any hearing listed to take place 22 May 2026 is vacated.
- The Respondent shall be referred to in these proceedings as “Another (A Registered Nurse)”.
- Pursuant to CPR rule 39.2(4), there shall not be disclosed in any listing or report of the proceedings the names or addresses of the Respondent and of any relative of the Respondent, or any other information which may lead to the identification of the Respondent or any relative of the Respondent, without further order.
- Pursuant to CPR 5.4(C), and save as otherwise ordered by a Judge on application, a person who is not a party to the proceedings may obtain a copy of a judgment or order in this claim form the court record only if the judgment or order has been anonymised and/or redacted to protect the identity of the Respondent and any relative of the Respondent, as set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 above.
- Non-parties may not obtain any documents from the court file which have not been anonymised and/or redacted to protect the identity of the Respondent and any relative of the Respondent in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 above.
- The restrictions in paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 will continue until further order, but they may be reviewed by the Court on application by any person who wishes to set aside or vary the order for anonymity. Any request for reconsideration must be made in writing on not less than 7 days’ written notice to the parties and stating reasons in support.
- 7 days’ notice of any application under CPR 5.4C (2) shall be given to the parties before permission is considered.
- There shall be no order as to costs.
