UPON hearing Leading Counsel for the Appellant, Counsel for the First Respondent and the Second Respondent in person  

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Second Respondent shall be referred to in these proceedings as ‘MDR (a Social Worker)’.
  2. Pursuant to CPR rule 39.2(4) there shall not be disclosed in any report of the proceedings the names or address of the Second Respondent and of any relative of the Second Respondent or any other information which may lead to the identification of the Second Respondent or any relative of the Second Respondent, without further order. 
  3. A person who is not a party to proceedings may not obtain any documents from the court file which have not been anonymised and/or redacted to protect the identity of the Second Respondent and any relative of the Second Respondent, in accordance with paragraph 2 above.
