At a hearing in open court at the County Court sitting in Pontypridd on the 23 July 2026
And upon hearing Counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent attending via video link.
And upon the Respondent on 13 May 2026 breaching the Injunction order granted on 20 October 2025.
And having heard and noted submissions from the Applicant and Respondent.
The Court determined that the Respondent shall be sentenced to prison for 30 days but that imprisonment is suspended until 22 July 2027.
In addition, the Respondent is to pay costs totalling £4,500 within 28 days.
