AND UPON having read the evidence in the witness statements of James Lister dated 10 July 2025, 22 July 2025, and 26 September 2025

AND UPON hearing Edward Cumming KC, and Jessica Lavelle, counsel for the Claimants

AND UPON the judgment of Master McQuail dated 14 November 2025 (the “Anonymised Judgment”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. This anonymised version of the order, which anonymises the names of the parties, shall be published forthwith on www.judiciary.gov.uk.
  2. Any person may apply, on notice to the Claimants’ solicitors (whose contact details appear at the end of this order), to set aside or to vary paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 below.
  3. Subject to paragraph 1 above, the Court file shall remain marked “In Private” and no documents from it (with the exception of this anonymised order) are to be released to anyone, except the Claimants or the Claimants’ solicitors, without further order.
  4. There shall be no reporting of the proceedings without further order save that the Anonymised Judgment shall be published.
  5. The final hearing of the Claim will be listed to be heard in private.
  6. The Court shall provide (i) a sealed copy of this anonymised version of the order, and (ii) a sealed copy of the order in which the parties’ names have not been anonymised, to the Claimants’ solicitors.
