UPON considering the claim form and the Claimant’s submissions on anonymity in the bundle accompanying the application for permission for judicial review and the application for directions extending time dated 17 May 2024
AND UPON the parties entering into negotiations as to settlement of these proceedings
IT IS ORDERED
1. That pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4) the Claimant is granted anonymity in the terms of the Schedule appended to this order and shall be known by the letters XND.
2. That the order sealed on 23 April 2024 be varied at paragraphs 2 and 3, such that:
a. The deadline for the Claimant to file and serve substituted statement of facts and grounds of judicial review (and supporting evidence and documents) is varied to 4.30 pm on 28 June 2024
b. The deadline for the Defendant to file and serve his Acknowledgment of Service and Summary Grounds is varied to 4.30 pm on 26 July 2024.
3. Costs in the case.
