UPON the Defendant agreeing to reconsider the Claimant’s application for VTS leave within 8 weeks from the date this Order is sealed, absent any special circumstances
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED
1. The Claimant was granted anonymity pursuant to CPR Rule 39.2(4) in an order dated 10/06/2024 by DHCJ Paul Bowen KC.
2. The Claimant has permission to withdraw her claim for judicial review, and the claim is hereby withdrawn.
3. The Defendant may file and serve written submissions as to costs (limited to two sides of A4) within 28 days of the sealing of this order.
4. Within 14 days of the filing and service of the Defendant’s costs submissions, the Claimant may file and serve submissions (limited to two sides of A4) in reply.
5. Within 7 days of the filing and service of the Claimant’s costs submissions, the Defendant may file and serve a reply.
6. Unless settlement is reached between the parties, the issue of costs will be determined by the court on the consideration of the papers thereafter.
7. The Claimant’s publicly funded costs will be subject to detailed assessment.
