IT IS ORDERED THAT:
i. The Appellant be referred to by a cipher, XYZ, in these proceedings;
ii. There should be no disclosure or publication of the Appellant’s name, address or of any information likely to lead members of the public to identify the Appellant;
iii. The pupil referred to in the underlying decision is to be referred to as Pupil A in these proceedings. Pupil A’s father is to be referred to as Father A. The school that the Appellant worked at, and that Pupil A attended, is to be referred to as the School. The head teacher of the School is to be referred to as the Head Teacher.
iv. There should be no disclosure or publication of any matter likely to lead members of the public to identify the persons referred to as Pupil A, Father A, the Head Teacher, or to identify the School;
v. A non-party may not inspect or obtain a copy of any document from the court file without the permission of a judge.
